Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Marketing Director  


Responsibilities:

Provide daily support to Marketing Director;

•Implement marketing activities according to the year-round marketing plan and track performance of all marketing campaigns;

• Evaluate industry conference opportunities and pitch for sponsorship or speaking opportunities; 

• Build up firm relationship with media, KOLs and agencies; coordinate interviews with management from China or overseas offices; 

• Assist Marketing Director to execute external & internal events including design salons, forums, cocktail parties, and exhibitions; support Client’s project opening and launch ceremony with marketing materials and media liaison; 

• Lead the operation of corporate social media accounts to build premium brand image among diversified audience categories; 

•Create Chinese copywriting for marketing materials, including websites, press release, social media platforms, etc.;   

• Ensure timely awards application and submission;

•Establish and maintain good relationship with key architectural associations, seek potential collaboration & sponsorship opportunities for the firm;

•Organize photo/video shooting for projects & events;

•Work closely with internal Graphic Designer to develop marketing collaterals;

•Collect project metrics, latest marketing information and compile into reports. 


Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years work experience with knowledge and background experience in an architectural, planning or landscape design office in China 

• Good relationship with media and advertisement agencies 

• Good PR, marketing and branding sense 

• Ability to maintain good relationship/interact with media, agencies, developers and management level 

• Good written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese & English 

• Professional presentation skills and positive and pleasant personality and attitude 

• Able to travel 

• Able to work under pressure
