About the Role
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and contracting companies in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Designing or Architecture is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
Drafting and Detailing:
Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for interior fit-out projects.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to company standards and client requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with architects, designers, project managers, and engineers to ensure cohesive project execution.
Participate in project meetings to understand client requirements and project scope.
Project Management:
Assist in the preparation and coordination of project documentation.
Maintain an organized filing system for all project drawings and documents.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and identify any potential issues.
Revise drawings and plans based on feedback and site conditions.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize CAD software and other design tools to produce high-quality drawings.
Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Archicad, Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray, BIM 360, and Chief Architect is a plus point.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
