Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Interior Designer to join our team at an Interior Design and Build company. As a Sr. Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design team, developing design concepts, coordinating with other departments, communicating with clients, managing project budgets, ensuring quality control, conducting research, mentoring team members, and building relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the design and construction industry.
Qualifications:
· Degree in interior design or a related field.
· At least 8 years of experience in the design industry, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
· Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
· Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
· Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
